  • Sport Scotland - The national agency for sport in Scotland. Our vision is an active Scotland where everyone benefits from sport.   • Glasgow Warriors - Glasgow Warriors compete in the Guinness PRO14 and Heineken Champions Cup and play their matches at Scotstoun Stadium in Glasgow.
  • Shawfield Greyhounds - With 4 Bars, a fully licensed restaurant and cafe', as well as numerous betting booths, Shawfield Stadium provides enough thrills and excitement to make your night a memorable occasion.
  • The Gladiator Programme - At the Gladiator Programme, we run a wide range of physical activities for children and young people. By combining play and sport, these activities provide exciting opportunities for children and young people to become and stay active.

  • Rainbow Glasgaroos: Basketball in Glasgow ([https://twitter.com/glasgaroos|Twitter]]) - Have you ever wanted to take part in a sport but feel it is too competitive and serious? Want to get fit, meet new people or just try something new? Well the Rainbow Glasgaroos could be for you! We are a casual LGBTIQ+ basketball group that is open to everyone!
  • Saltire Thistle FC (Twitter) - Scotland’s most successful LGBT inclusive football team.
  • Truegrip Badminton - An amateur and social LGBT badminton club that plays on Thursday evenings from 8pm till 10pm at Badminton Academy at Scotstoun Leisure Centre Glasgow.
  • SAPC Community Sports Hub - The SAPC was created to provide FREE sport, help embrace diversity and improve the lives of young people and their families in and around Darnley, Greater Pollok and the surrounding areas of Glasgow South.

  • Sports Council for Glasgow - The Sports Council for Glasgow is the voluntary agency that exists to be an effective voice for sports clubs in Glasgow, and provides services to meet club needs.
  • Glasgow Urban Sports - Glasgow Urban Sports propose to create a new multi-functional public park beneath the M74 canopy in Port Eglinton. This space will be an inclusive, aesthetically intriguing public space creatively designed with artists to encourage radical urban sports including skateboarding, BMX and free-running: a synthesis of art, sport and urban realm design.
  • Glasgow Handball Club - Founded in the September of 2000 by Alasdair “Baba” Anderson and Kepa Mendibil and was one of the founder teams of the new Scottish Handball League. Glasgow HC started with only a men's team of 10 players. We have now grown to a Men's and Ladies section of over 30 players
  • Scottish Touch Assocation: Glasgow - We are a dedicated bunch of touch enthusiasts who want as many people to become involved in the sport as possible. Touch is a relatively new sport in Glasgow and is suitable for all ages, levels of fitness and abilities

  • Western Health & Racquets Club - In the heart of Glasgow's West End, the Western Health & Racquets Club is the ideal place for everyone to play sport, get fit and have a good time.
  • Hillhead Sports Club - Hughenden is the sports ground of Hillhead High School War Memorial Trust, trading as Hillhead Sports Club. We provide facilities for cricket, rugby and tennis and have a Fitness Club, a gym, a free weights room, a restaurant, a bar and spaces for fitness sessions, social events and hospitality.

  • Glasgow Baseball Assocation (Facebook) - Glasgow's only current baseball club, based in the east end of the city. Always looking for new players.
  • The Glasgow Comets (Facebook) - The Glasgow Comets are an amateur baseball team based in the Tollcross area of Glasgow, Scotland. One half of the Glasgow Baseball Association, the Comets share a diamond with local rivals the Glasgow Galaxy.

  • Glasgow Rocks (Facebook. Twitter) - The Glasgow Rocks is a professional basketball team which competes in the British Basketball League. Formerly known as Scottish Rocks and also Edinburgh Rocks, they are one of the leading franchises in the top-tier league and the only team to be based outside of England. They compete regularly, with home matches being played at the brand new Emirates Arena in Scotland's biggest city, Glasgow. Darryl Wood is the current head coach of the senior team. Their traditional arch rivals are Newcastle Eagles.

  • Glasgow Parkour Girls - We are a friendly group of girls, who enjoy going out jumping, balancing, vaulting and scaling walls together; regular nights out with lots of dancing and drinking coffee also feature high on our list. We have an all female class in Glasgow on Tuesday evenings and regular jams as well and are always looking for new female members to join the community.

  • Glasgow Softball League - The Glasgow Softball League (formerly Central Scotland Softball League) is a mixed (co-ed) slowpitch softball league which was formed in 1991. We are a fun and competitive league with players of all abilities welcome. There will always be a team where you will feel at home!
  • The Honey Badgers (Facebook, Twitter) - The Honey Badgers were formed and joined the CSSL in 2012. We are a co-ed team that aims to have a good blend of fun and competitiveness. As well as playing as part of the CSSL we also travel around the UK playing in several weekend tournaments during the summer months.

  • The Western Baths Club - Situated on Cranworth Street in Glasgow’s West End, The Western Baths is a historic building which continues to provide services for health and wellbeing for its members and visitors, and retains historical gym apparatus in the pool, which is still used to this day, one of only three pools we are aware of in the UK which retains such features:
  • The Arlington Baths Club - Founded in 1870, the Arlington Baths Club is a welcoming and peaceful sanctuary for citizens of Glasgow, offering a relaxing getaway in the heart of the city.
  • Glasgow Western Masters - Glasgow Western Masters is a swimming club for anyone over the age of 18 and is a competent swimmer.

  • Pinkston Watersports - A community paddlesports centre with Scotland's only artificial whitewater course, offering unique urban watersports facilities to organisations and individuals.
  • West End Adventure - Kayaking, canoeing and paddle boards
  • Glasgow Kayak Club - We are a club of Kayakers from around the Glasgow area, who range in experience from 'first time in a boat' to accomplished sea paddlers and river runners, with a smattering of instructors. We have a thriving youth flat water racing group and a canoe polo section. During the warmer months we meet at the Pinkston Water Sports Centre, and during autumn and spring school term time we meet in North Wooodside swimming pool.
