Housing Associations

  • Reidvale Housing Association - Reidvale Housing Association seeks to promote the advancement of the community it serves by developing bold and innovative initiatives, in partnership with the community and others, to enable the residents of Reidvale to develop their full potential as citizens and to enjoy the benefits of living in high quality affordable housing managed in a caring and efficient manner.
  • GHA: Glasgow Housing Association - We're Scotland’s biggest social landlord with more than 40,000 homes across Glasgow. But building great homes and transforming neighbourhoods is only part of our story – we’re also helping tenants to get the most out of life.
  • Cassiltoun Housing Association - Cassiltoun Housing Association is a community-based and tenant-led social landlord based in Castlemilk, Glasgow. It is passionate about providing value for money and delivering high quality services to its tenants. It has gone beyond the traditional landlord role and now delivers a range of projects for its tenants and the wider community.
  • Glen Oaks Housing Association - Glen Oaks Housing Association provides landlord services and community representation in six communities in the South West of Glasgow: Arden, Darnley, Pollok, Old Darnley, Regents Park and Southpark Village. Since 1991 the Association has built up a strong reputation as an innovative community-controlled organisation which places customer service, financial viability and being an excellent employer at its heart. The Association is controlled by a voluntary board.
  • Partick Housing Association - Partick Housing Association is a leading, innovative, Scottish social housing provider, based in the West End of Glasgow. It was founded in 1975 by a community tenants’ association and local community group, the Partick Society, to tackle sub-standard housing in the area, saving tenements from demolition, and remodelling commercial and public buildings. This created more local housing and new businesses to sustain a diverse and cohesive community
  • Queens Cross Housing Association - Queens Cross Housing Association (QCHA) provides nearly 4,300 affordable rented homes in an area that stretches north from Glasgow city centre along either side of the Forth and Clyde Canal. Its housing stock includes multistorey flats, deck access properties and tenements in four neighbourhoods: Woodside, Hamiltonhill/Westercommon, Queens Cross and Dundasvale
  • New Gorbals Housing Association - New Gorbals Housing Association is community-controlled housing association operating in the Gorbals, Hutchesontown, Laurieston and Oatlands neighbourhoods of Glasgow.
  • Lorretto Housing Assocation - Loretto Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord with over 1430 affordable homes in the central belt.
  • Cube Housing Association- Cube Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord with more than 3750 homes across the west of Scotland.

Govan

  • Elderpark Housing Assocation - Elderpark Housing was established in 1975 and currently owns approximately 1260 homes with the majority being in Central Govan although we also have a number of properties within the areas of Ibrox, Kinning Park and Cessnock.
